The episode begins with Saraswati becoming emotional while looking at an old photo of her and her daughters. She talks about how, for the past 20 years, she has been praying for the well-being of both her daughters. Now, she has her daughter Jahnvi back with her, but Jahnvi is not happy because Sagar got married to Vedika. Saraswati pleads with God to bring happiness back into Jahnvi’s life. Vedika then arrives and approaches Saraswati. She reveals that both she and Koel are actually Saraswati’s daughters, Jahnvi and Yamini.
Saraswati is shocked by this revelation and refuses to believe Vedika’s words. Saraswati demands proof. In response, Vedika shows her a childhood photo of Koel with Mayuri, hoping that Saraswati will believe her. But Saraswati remains firm and still refuses to accept the truth. She pushes Vedika out of her room.
Vedika, determined to get Koel, returns to her room but is horrified when she sees some masked men making Koel unconscious. Vedika, in shock, turns around and finds Digvijay behind her. Before she can react, Digvijay makes her unconscious as well.
Meanwhile, Digvijay diverts Sagar’s attention by expressing his disappointment with him for marrying Vedika against the family’s wishes. Sagar defends his actions, explaining that Vedika helped him reunite with Subhadra. He firmly tells Digvijay that he has observed how Digvijay has not shown respect to his wife, standing up for his own morals. Despite this confrontation, Sagar leaves without mentioning to Digvijay that Vedika and Koel are actually Jahnvi and Yamini. This annoys Digvijay, and he resolves to remove Vedika and Koel from Sagar’s life.
Later, Digvijay enters the room where Vedika and Koel are lying unconscious. Sagar, who is nearby, fails to notice him entering the room. Digvijay and Rajeshwari then discuss the situation. Rajeshwari informs Digvijay that she has discovered the truth: Vedika and Koel are indeed Saraswati’s real daughters, Jahnvi and Yamini. Rajeshwari says they must kill both Vedika and Koel to prevent the Triveni Sangam from happening. Though Digvijay agrees with her plan, he is concerned about how they will explain the sudden disappearance of the two sisters to the rest of the family. Rajeshwari assures him that they will handle the situation.
Sometime later, Sagar speaks with Saraswati and tries to convince her that Vedika was telling the truth about her and Koel being Jahnvi and Yamini. However, Saraswati refuses to believe him and accuses him of siding with Vedika. She is deeply hurt and criticizes Vedika for breaking her trust with repeated lies. As the tension rises, Mayuri arrives. Sagar pleads with Mayuri to tell the truth to Saraswati, hoping that Koel might forgive her.
Sagar plays a recording of the doctor confirming to Saraswati that Vedika is, in fact, her real daughter. Mayuri also confesses her role in deceiving Saraswati and keeping Koel in the dark. Saraswati is shocked and begins crying as the weight of the truth sets in. Mayuri goes to fetch Vedika and Koel, but she returns with alarming news — the sisters are missing.
As if things couldn’t get worse, Saraswati receives a phone call from Kamal. He tells her to meet him at the godown, claiming he wants to discuss Nandan’s statement. Sagar quickly realizes it is a trap and warns Saraswati not to go anywhere.
In the precap, Rajeshwari urges Saraswati to have the courage to accept the truth. Meanwhile, Vedika and Koel are seen tied up to chairs. Vedika then makes a shocking statement, claiming that neither she nor Koel are Saraswati’s daughters. This leaves Saraswati even more confused and heartbroken.
