The episode of Pushpa Impossible on 12th September 2024 begins on a light note. Mahindra, carrying a tray of tea, heads to the terrace, where he meets Pushpa. Seeing him, Pushpa asks how he understands her so well, hinting at their close connection. She then notices several cups of tea and teasingly asks if he thinks her entire family will join them on the terrace for the night. Mahindra smiles and replies that everyone is indeed coming, and soon the terrace will be crowded with family members.
Moments later, Pushpa’s family, along with Bapodhara, arrives at the terrace to join her. The family enjoys their tea together, and the cheerful atmosphere prompts everyone to break into a dance. Mahindra captures this happy moment on his phone, recording the joyous gathering. Rashi playfully urges Mahindra to join them in dancing, but he shyly declines, claiming he can’t dance. However, Pushpa insists, and eventually, Mahindra gives in, dancing with his family. Mahindra and Juggal watch with joy as Pushpa spends quality time with her family.
As the night progresses, the family engages in happy conversations. Deepti, noticing a wound on Ashwin’s elbow, becomes concerned and asks him about it. Ashwin lies, saying he simply slipped and hurt himself. However, in reality, Ashwin recalls how he confronted King and physically assaulted him after discovering that King had made inappropriate comments on Rashi’s video. Ashwin warned King to never make such comments about any girl again before walking away.
Eventually, everyone falls asleep on the terrace. Juggal approaches Pushpa, asking if everything went according to her plans. He also inquires about what is on her mind. Pushpa then shares with him the news of Dileep’s phone call. Juggal, ever the joker, makes a comment about Dileep. Pushpa brushes it off, saying that Dileep’s current behavior towards her is acceptable, and that’s enough for her.
The next day, power is restored in the neighborhood. Pushpa gathers her children and expresses her happiness over their unity. After that, she heads to the hospital to meet Nanavati.
Upon reaching the hospital, Pushpa learns from the doctor that Nanavati has found a donor, and the transplant surgery has been successfully completed. Overcome with emotion, Pushpa tears up with joy. Juggal, curious about the donor, asks the doctor who it is. The doctor reveals that the donor is Govind. The doctor then plays a heartfelt message from Nanavati, in which he requests Pushpa to take care of the school in his absence. Though Pushpa initially wishes to stay at the hospital to be there for Nanavati, Juggal reassures her that he will take care of things there and sends her off to handle school matters.
Back at school, a tense situation unfolds as the teachers have gone on strike, demanding a salary increase. The media quickly catches wind of the protest and begins covering the event. Saran informs Pushpa that the strike seems to be part of a larger, premeditated conspiracy. Despite the gravity of the situation, Pushpa approaches the striking teachers, pleading with them to stop. However, the teachers remain firm in their stance, refusing to back down. Determined to resolve the issue, Pushpa confides in Saran, seeking his help while she also deals with Nanavati’s medical situation.
Later, the doctor informs Juggal that Nanavati’s transplant was a success, and all the patients are stable. Juggal immediately calls Pushpa to share the good news, and she, in turn, passes it along to Ashawari and Saran. Buoyed by the positive outcome, Pushpa decides to meet with the school trustees to seek a resolution to the strike.
Meanwhile, Chirag, Pushpa’s son, submits his resignation from his journalism job. His boss is puzzled and asks why he’s leaving the field. Chirag explains that he wants to help his father-in-law with the upcoming elections and needs time off. The boss advises Chirag to reconsider, but Chirag thanks him and assures him that he will complete his notice period.
Pushpa meets the trustees, sharing the good news of Nanavati’s successful surgery. They express their relief and happiness. However, Pushpa quickly shifts the conversation to the teacher strike and asks the trustees for their assistance in resolving the matter, especially since an important school inspection is scheduled for the day. Trustee Kotak informs her that the inspection has been postponed by one day and urges her to focus on settling the strike issue.
Back at home, Prathna confronts Chirag about his resignation, criticizing him for not considering the family’s financial situation. Chirag, however, is more concerned about Bapodhara’s reputation and believes his decision is justified. In a subplot, Bapodhara secretly pits Prathna and Chirag against each other by hiding a presentation paper. However, Prathna eventually handles the presentation with ease and earns praise from everyone, leading Bapodhara to declare her as his heir due to her intelligence and competence.
In the final moments, Pushpa visits Nanavati in the hospital. The doctor informs her that Nanavati will regain consciousness soon. Pushpa then meets Govind, thanking him for saving three lives and promising to help him whenever he needs it. Juggal reminds Pushpa to return to the school to manage the ongoing strike.
The episode ends with a cliffhanger as Ashwin is arrested, setting the stage for more drama in the upcoming episode.
