The episode of Pushpa Impossible 13th September 2024 begins with Pushpa sharing her concerns with Saran about the teachers’ strike at the school. She explains how all her efforts to convince the teachers to end their strike have failed. Pushpa is clearly stressed, knowing that the school’s inspection is nearing, and the teachers’ absence will cause significant issues.
As they are discussing the problem, Pushpa receives a phone call from Juggal. He informs her that Nanavati, the school’s principal, has regained consciousness after his recent health issues. Saran advises Pushpa to go and visit Nanavati while he handles the situation at school. However, Pushpa feels hesitant, stating that she cannot face Nanavati until she resolves the issue with the teachers and the upcoming inspection.
Later, at home, Pushpa continues to worry about the strike. She discusses the situation with her children, explaining that none of the teachers are answering her calls. Rashi, one of her children, suggests that Pushpa should inform Nanavati about the matter. Pushpa agrees but feels conflicted, admitting that while the teachers are not entirely wrong, they are protesting at the worst possible time, which is causing significant challenges for her.
Rashi, thinking quickly, proposes using her phone to try and call the teachers once again. Pushpa agrees to try, but when she finally manages to reach one of the teachers, the conversation is brief. The teacher refuses to engage with her, simply hanging up the phone. Feeling discouraged, Pushpa worries about how to move forward, but Chirag, her son, steps in to offer support. He reminds Pushpa that she can still manage with the teachers who are available and encourages her to stay positive.
Feeling motivated by her son’s words, Pushpa decides to visit Nanavati. Meanwhile, King, a troublemaker with malicious intentions, plots against Ashwin. He provides Ashwin’s private cab numbers to his friends and orders them to damage the vehicles. As Pushpa meets with Nanavati in the hospital, King’s friends execute their plan.
Pushpa has a heartfelt conversation with Nanavati, who asks her about the school inspection. Pushpa reassures him that the inspection has been postponed for now and that she is handling the situation at school. She prepares some soup for Nanavati and asks the nurse to feed it to him before leaving his ward.
While this is happening, King’s friends locate Ashwin’s cabs and begin their destruction. They use axes to vandalize the vehicles, slashing tires and breaking windows. Just then, Juggal and Pushpa arrive in an auto rickshaw, and the vandals quickly hide to avoid being seen. Pushpa and Juggal notice the severe damage to the cars and become suspicious. Pushpa takes photographs of the scene as evidence and decides to report the incident to the police. Unbeknownst to them, King’s friends are still hiding nearby, worrying about being caught on CCTV footage.
Back at the school, the inspection team arrives unexpectedly. Pushpa, still managing the situation, greets them with the trustees. Ashwin, in the meantime, is busy trying to wake Chirag up for an important task. Deepti, frustrated by Chirag’s reluctance, wakes him by throwing water on him. The family then prepares for the inspection, knowing the stakes are high. Ashwin reassures Deepti that they have enough cabs available for the inspection, as he had arranged for five additional vehicles. The entire family prays for Pushpa’s success.
During the inspection, Pushpa has a sudden idea and shares it with Saran and Ashwari. The inspection team begins their tour and witnesses senior students teaching the younger classes. When asked about this setup, Pushpa explains that due to the teachers’ strike, she had no choice but to ask the senior students to step in as temporary teachers. She adds that the 10th-class students are highly capable and invites the inspectors to observe their teaching methods.
The inspection team watches the students in action and is impressed with their teaching abilities. However, they remind Pushpa that this is only a temporary solution and that qualified teachers are essential for the long-term success of the school. They also express concern over the urgency of the teachers’ strike and consider it a critical issue that needs to be resolved.
Kotak, a rival, tries to undermine Pushpa by pointing out that she is only an 11th-grade graduate and has become deputy administrator purely due to Nanavati’s influence. Pushpa, however, confidently responds that her position is the result of her election by the school staff, not favoritism. The inspection team, after listening to Pushpa’s explanation, leaves the school to consider their findings.
The episode concludes with a tense confrontation between Ashwin and King. Ashwin accuses King of vandalizing his cars, but King arrogantly denies the allegations, taunting Ashwin and daring him to provide proof. Before walking away, King issues a final threat, vowing to destroy Ashwin’s life.
