The episode on September 24, 2024, kicks off with intense emotions as Prabhas desperately pleads with the DCP to let him go, fearing for Prathna’s safety. Prabhas promises to reveal Prathna’s location once he escapes from the hospital. Meanwhile, Prathna, who is tied up, slowly begins to free herself. The DCP, sensing Prabhas’ desperation, instructs Manoj to keep Prabhas distracted.
Stepping aside, the DCP calls Ronnie, pressuring him to reveal Prabhas’s weakness. Ronnie initially claims ignorance, but the DCP intensifies the pressure. She informs him that Prabhas has taken a woman hostage and threatens to imprison Ronnie if he doesn’t cooperate. Fearing for his own safety, Ronnie finally admits that Prabhas has a deep-seated fear of mirrors. Grateful for the information, the DCP thanks Ronnie.
The DCP immediately acts on this new information, instructing Chirag to arrange mirrors to trap Prabhas. Chirag quickly contacts Prathna outside the labor room and informs her of Prabhas’s weakness. They rush to assist the police in capturing him. Prathna manages to escape from the room without Prabhas noticing, much to the relief of Pushpa and Chirag. Pushpa promptly informs the Inspector that the mirrors are ready for use. Manoj suggests that they arrest Prabhas immediately, but the DCP cautions against it, fearing it could endanger the other patients in the hospital.
Just as tension reaches its peak, Susheela gives birth to a baby boy. The electricity is restored, bringing relief to everyone. The doctor shares the joyous news with Bapodhara and his family. Pushpa, overjoyed by the birth, tells Bapodhara that it’s now time to capture Prabhas. However, Prabhas soon realizes that Prathna is missing from the room. Outside, Pushpa, Chirag, and others stand ready, holding mirrors.
As Prabhas opens the door, intending to attack with a knife, he is confronted by his reflection in the mirrors. Overcome with panic, Prabhas collapses, begging his father to save him. Mr. Khanna, Prabhas’s father, silently observes the entire situation from a distance. The police swiftly arrest Prabhas. The DCP praises Prathna for her bravery and reveals to Pushpa and her family that Prabhas is the spoiled son of Mr. Khanna, a well-known business tycoon. Pushpa thanks the DCP, who in turn expresses her gratitude to Pushpa and her family for their support. Mr. Khanna continues to watch the scene unfold, silently absorbing everything.
After the arrest, Pushpa, Bapodhara, and the others go to Susheela’s ward. Pushpa informs Susheela that her son’s birth has brought an end to their troubles. As Mr. Khanna watches them, Pushpa comments that Prabhas is not entirely to blame; his upbringing is at fault. She hopes that Prabhas’s parents will realize their mistakes. Mr. Khanna, recalling the harsh punishments he had imposed on Prabhas, leaves the hospital, burdened by guilt. Inside the ward, Bapodhara is overwhelmed with joy at the sight of his newborn son. Prathna, seeing her baby brother, becomes emotional, and Susheela comforts her with kind words. The family enjoys a tender moment, celebrating the new arrival.
Later, Prabhas, now in police custody, asks the DCP for some tea. The DCP, however, scolds him and instructs Manoj to take statements from Prabhas and his accomplices. She also inquires about the whereabouts of Prabhas’s father, Ravi Raj Khanna. Meanwhile, Ravi Raj Khanna, dining alone, reflects on his strained relationship with Prabhas. He recalls how he never cared about his son’s feelings, only seeing him as an heir for his business. Prabhas had once confessed to his father that he felt utterly alone after being abandoned at the crematorium, which led him to stop fearing anyone, including his father. Determined to get his son out of jail, Ravi Raj calls his lawyer to prepare Prabhas’s bail papers.
Back at the hospital, Pushpa thanks God for resolving her problems. Deepti, Rashi, and Prathna encourage Pushpa to focus on her exam preparation, urging her to achieve a 60% score this time. The next day, the entire family gathers to meet Susheela and her son, sharing a joyous family moment. Golu plays the flute for the baby, and Pushpa gifts baby clothes she had stitched herself, earning Susheela’s heartfelt thanks. As they leave the hospital, none of them notice an unknown woman secretly observing Susheela and her baby.
Meanwhile, in jail, Prabhas gets into a fight with another inmate, only to be stopped by a constable. Ravi Raj and his lawyer arrive at the police station, determined to secure Prabhas’s release. Ravi Raj informs Prabhas that his bail hearing is scheduled for today and promises to talk to him later at home before leaving the station.
