Subhan, who seems genuinely concerned, assures Dua that she will look after Mannat. However, their peaceful moment is soon interrupted when Ibadaat starts shouting and calling out Mannat’s name.
Mannat, for some reason, smiles silently, while Subhan becomes highly anxious due to the sudden commotion. Unable to stay calm, she rushes out of the room to check what the issue is. When she arrives at Ibadaat’s room, she is met with his furious demeanor. Ibadaat, visibly upset, begins lashing out at Subhan as soon as she enters. He holds up a bottle of peanuts and allergy medicine, showing them to Subhan.
Accusing her of conspiring against Mannat, Ibadaat reveals that he found these items in Subhan’s purse. Completely shocked, Subhan denies knowing anything about them and tries to explain herself. She insists that she has no idea how these things ended up in her purse, but Ibadaat refuses to listen. His anger is fueled further when he notices a trace of peanut butter on the edge of Subhan’s dress. Convinced that Subhan is trying to harm Mannat, Ibadaat accuses her of plotting to kill Mannat.
Subhan, realizing that Nigar has plotted against her, suspects that Nigar and Mannat have joined forces to make her look guilty. Furious, Subhan storms into Mannat’s room, where she finds both Mannat and Nigar. Without hesitation, Subhan accuses them of playing dirty politics and conspiring against her. Her anger escalates, and she tries to slap Nigar, but Mannat quickly steps in to shield Nigar from the blow.
Meanwhile, their loud confrontation is overheard by Grandma, who becomes deeply worried. She rushes to Dua to inform her about the escalating situation between Subhan and Mannat. Concerned about the family’s well-being, Grandma expresses her fear that the incident from 22 years ago might repeat itself. However, Mannat firmly denies all of Subhan’s accusations and continues to defend herself.

In a parallel plot, Arman appears to be in high spirits. He is determined to marry Sufi and is discussing his intentions with Nigar. However, Nigar informs him that Kasaf is already head over heels for Sufi. Unfazed by this, Nigar devises a plan for Arman. She suggests that he should fake an illness, as Sufi, being an orthopedic doctor, would naturally come to his aid.
To execute this plan, Nigar strikes Arman on the leg, causing him to become injured. Arman goes along with the scheme, hoping this will bring him closer to Sufi.
As the episode progresses, Hamida rushes towards Dua, warning her about the ongoing fight between Subhan and Mannat over Ibadaat. She reminds Dua of the incident that occurred 22 years ago and expresses her concerns that history might repeat itself. Hamida doesn’t trust Mannat and accuses her of trying to steal Ibadaat from Subhan. Although Dua initially refuses to believe Hamida’s claims, she eventually agrees to look into the matter.
On the other hand, Arman makes his way to Kasaf’s room, only to find Sufi treating Kasaf. Seizing the opportunity, Arman loudly exaggerates his pain in an attempt to grab Sufi’s attention. In a comical turn of events, both Kasaf and Arman start shouting dramatically to win over Sufi’s focus. Confused and overwhelmed by their theatrics, Sufi tries her best to treat both of them. However, their constant bickering and competition for her attention frustrate her to the point that she leaves the room in irritation. Kasaf then tells Arman that he already has feelings for Sufi and warns him to back off.
Meanwhile, Subhan continues her mission to prove that Mannat is guilty. She confronts Mannat, reminding her of all the times she has tried to win Ibadaat’s attention. Subhan accuses her of stepping into her marital life and attempting to break her family apart. She believes Mannat is manipulative and egoistic. Despite these heavy accusations, Mannat maintains her innocence and denies any wrongdoing.
As the tension grows, Dua arrives in the room and, in a surprising twist, sides with Subhan, further complicating the situation.
The episode ends with this intense confrontation, leaving viewers eagerly waiting for what will happen next.
