Nishiganda, while contemplating her impending departure, prepares to heal Rachana. She hints to Moksh about her possible exit after fulfilling her promise. Moksh, deeply concerned, heads to the hospital, where he learns that Rachana is still in critical condition. Manish accuses Moksh of causing Rachana’s harm by bringing Nishiganda to the party. In response, Nishiganda uses her powers to freeze everyone in the hospital, allowing her to enter Rachana’s room undetected.
Inside the room, Nishiganda uses the magical girdle to heal Rachana and her unborn child. After the healing process, she quietly leaves the hospital. The nurse later informs Moksh’s family that Rachana has miraculously recovered, though the exact details of the recovery remain unknown. Moksh, now on a mission, sets out to find Nishiganda.
Meanwhile, Shalaka, consumed by jealousy, witnesses a romantic proposal and becomes enraged. Unable to control her emotions, she kills both individuals in a fit of fury.
Moksh eventually tracks down Nishiganda and confronts her about why she is leaving. Nishiganda, resigned to her fate, explains that her departure is inevitable once she has healed Rachana and the baby. She requests Moksh to remember her through the sky: if it’s clear, he should believe she is safe; if it rains, he should know she is in distress. With a heavy heart, Nishiganda says her goodbyes to Moksh.
Josna then approaches Moksh, revealing that Rachana’s survival is due to their daughter-in-law. Moksh, thinking Josna is referring to Nishiganda, is shocked when Josna mentions that Deeya has returned. At that moment, Shalaka arrives, hugging Moksh and further complicating the situation.
