Later, Suman arrives home. She asks her mother to serve her food. Hema, her mother, is curious about the function. She asks Rishi what happened and why Gulshan ended up in jail. Rishi tells her that Gulshan is in jail because he did something wrong. Hema is worried that Gulshan might create problems for their family once he is released. Meanwhile, Purna confronts Devika. She asks why Devika didn’t save her son from going to jail. Purna feels that her son went to jail for Devika’s sake. Meanwhile, Hema warns Rishi not to tell Suman anything about what is happening. However, Suman senses something is off and asks them what they are hiding. Suddenly, they hear a horn. Gulshan rides in on his bike, causing tension in the air. Rishi angrily questions Suman about who released Gulshan from jail. Suman reluctantly mentions Devika’s name.
Gulshan then threatens Suman, which makes Rishi furious, but Suman stops him from acting out. Gulshan orders his goons to surround them, stating that jail is not a permanent home for him. Suman calmly tells him that she knows he won’t stay in jail for long. She warns him that if he tries to hurt her, she will send him back to jail again. Gulshan scoffs at her threats, saying he will return.
Gulshan remembers how Devika instructed him to ruin Suman’s life. He recalls the incident where they stole food, and he realizes he needs to make sure Suman can’t cook again. When Suman threatens to call the police, Devika tells Gulshan that he will end up back in jail for that.
