The episode begins with Suman noticing a stranger lying unconscious on the road. The stranger’s daughter is nearby, calling for help. Seeing this, Suman immediately stops her truck and rushes over to assist them. The daughter explains that her father suddenly fainted for no apparent reason. Suman, along with Rishi, tries to help the stranger regain consciousness. During this time, Suman notices a truck passing by them, which makes her suspicious. Soon after, the stranger wakes up without any injuries and quickly leaves the scene, which strikes Suman as odd. She mentions to Rishi that the man is behaving strangely, but Rishi reminds her that they are running late for the engagement and urges her to focus on that.
Meanwhile, at home, Geethanjali asks the priest to check the horoscope for the engagement. Devika intervenes, stating that there is no need to do so because Chandrakant, her father, believes in hard work more than horoscopes. The priest agrees to skip the horoscope and informs them of the best time to proceed with the engagement. Devika, however, secretly wishes she could check the horoscope. She plans to take control of the family after her sister marries Teerth, but keeps her ambitions hidden.
As the engagement approaches, Teerth is seen preparing for the ceremony. He becomes anxious, remembering some harsh words from his mother. This causes him to break into a sweat. Just then, Rishi calls him and apologizes for being late. Noticing Teerth’s nervousness, Rishi asks him if he is feeling tense about the engagement.
Teerth nods in agreement. Rishi offers some advice, saying that people usually feel nervous when they are about to make a wrong decision. He encourages Teerth to reconsider the marriage with Kritika. However, Teerth confidently replies that he has made the right decision. He recalls how his sister always said that God would guide them on the right path. Rishi assures him that everything will work out and leaves.
Later, Malini calls Suman and informs her that she is on her way to the engagement venue. Suman urges her to arrive as soon as possible. She then mentions that the truck’s tire had burst on the road. Hearing the location, Suman becomes suspicious. She checks the food and realizes that it is missing from the truck. Alarmed, she contacts Rishi and informs him about the situation. Meanwhile, the priest asks Devika to bring Teerth for the engagement. Akhil, another family member, goes to fetch him, but he is shocked to find that Teerth is not in his room. This leads Chandrakant to scold Geethanjali, blaming her for not raising Teerth properly.
Teerth soon arrives where Suman is and asks her what happened. Suman explains the entire situation to him, growing angry as she punches the van in frustration. Teerth then leaves to get a first aid kit to treat Suman’s injured hand. At the same time, Devika becomes suspicious when a servant informs her that Teerth left through the back door. She fears that he might have run away from the engagement.
Teerth returns and helps Suman by dressing the wound on her ring finger. Rishi realizes that the auspicious time for the engagement is approaching and wonders if this is a sign from God. Devika, frustrated by the delay, arrives and angrily asks Teerth why he is not attending the ceremony. He explains to her that the food is missing. Devika accuses Suman of lying, claiming that she didn’t bring the food and is only after money. She demands that Suman take responsibility and not run away from the situation. Suman, however, pleads with Devika for a chance to prove her innocence.
Ignoring her pleas, Devika orders food from outside, unwilling to risk the family’s reputation. She takes Teerth back with her to the engagement. The priest, who was bribed by Devika, lies to the family and claims that he has found a new auspicious time for the ceremony. Suman confides in Rishi, saying that something about the situation doesn’t add up. She finds it suspicious that the catering service could prepare and deliver such a large order of food in just 30 minutes. Suman believes that there is more to this story than meets the eye.
The episode ends on a note of mystery and tension, leaving viewers wondering what will happen next in the engagement saga.
