The episode begins with Sachin asking his friend to visit Sayali and check on her well-being. Sachin is hesitant to meet her himself. His friend goes to see Sayali and later returns, informing Sachin that she is doing fine. Meanwhile, Sayali watches this from her balcony. Seeing Sachin still cares for her makes her happy, as it softens her heart a little.
At the dinner table, Tejas is seen taking a large portion of food. His mother notices this and asks if he is extremely tired. Roshni, his wife, silently observes and thinks about how hard Tejas must work, standing all day at his office job. Roshni then heads to the kitchen to make fresh parathas for Tejas.
While Roshni is in the kitchen, Renuka, Tejas’ mother, takes the opportunity to speak with her son. She pressures him to find a proper job soon, as they can’t continue lying about his work. Renuka fears that if people find out Tejas doesn’t actually work, it will bring shame to their family. Tejas reassures his mother, promising that he will find a job soon.
Later, Sachin comes home visibly intoxicated. He struggles to stand properly, which immediately alerts Paresh. Paresh realizes that Sachin has been drinking and asks why. Sachin responds by expressing his frustration, explaining that seeing Paresh’s poor condition pains him. Sachin then brags about getting into a fight with Akash at a hotel. Paresh and Renuka are both shocked by this. Renuka begins scolding Sachin, and in the heat of the moment, she also starts to criticize Sayali.
Renuka blames Sayali for all the trouble in their family, accusing her of being the root cause of their problems. Sachin, however, feels uncomfortable with Renuka’s accusations. He loves Sayali and doesn’t agree with his mother’s harsh words. Tensions rise quickly as Tejas joins the argument, siding with Renuka. Within minutes, the argument spirals out of control.
As the situation worsens, Roshni steps in, asking Sachin to control his anger and stop blaming Sayali for everything. Sachin, now furious, tries to hit Tejas but accidentally strikes Roshni instead. This accidental blow only escalates the situation further, leading to a physical fight between Sachin and Tejas. The two brothers clash violently while the rest of the family watches in shock.
Paresh, witnessing the chaos, suddenly clutches his chest in pain. He collapses onto the sofa, unconscious. The family immediately panics and rushes to his side, trying to wake him up, but Paresh remains unresponsive. The tension is unbearable as they realize the severity of the situation.
Meanwhile, Sayali, who is sleeping elsewhere, suddenly wakes up in a panic, screaming for her mother. Her mother and sister quickly rush to her side, asking what happened. Sayali explains that she feels uneasy, attributing it to the stress and tension that has been building up over the past few days. Her mother comforts her, telling her that this inner turmoil is a reflection of what she has been going through emotionally.
Back at home, Paresh is rushed to the hospital by his family. The doctor arrives with bad news, informing them that Paresh has suffered a heart attack. More tests are needed to assess his condition, but the doctor warns that Paresh’s life is in serious danger. This revelation leaves the entire family in shock and despair as the episode comes to an emotional end.
