The doctor wants to know if Paresh has experienced this kind of pain before. Sachin, confused and frustrated, insists that his father is a healthy and fit person. The doctor explains that there are some blockages in Paresh’s heart. This blockage is preventing him from getting enough oxygen. The doctor tells Sachin that Paresh needs immediate surgery. This thought adds to the urgency and stress of the situation. Sachin, overwhelmed, prays to the Almighty, hoping for a miracle to save his father’s life.
In a moment of desperation, Roshni suggests mortgaging their house as a way to raise the money. The episode ends on a tense note, with Sachin still searching for solutions.
