The episode begins with a tense conversation between Sachin and a businessman. Sachin is desperate to start his father’s treatment and asks the businessman for money. However, the businessman demands legal or authentic documents before agreeing to help. Without these, he refuses to provide the funds. This rejection makes Sachin furious, and he almost loses control, threatening to kill the businessman in his anger. Despite Sachin’s outburst, the businessman remains calm and challenges him, saying he will ensure Sachin becomes healthy again.

Meanwhile, Juhi is worried and unable to find any solutions. She calls Akash to inform him about Paresh’s serious condition. Paresh has been admitted to a nursing home due to his health issues. Juhi urges Akash to actively participate in Paresh’s treatment. At first, Akash is shocked by the news but quickly promises to be there for the treatment.

Their conversation doesn’t go unnoticed. Sayali, who overhears them, confronts Juhi. She is unhappy with Juhi’s involvement in the matter. Sayali fears that Sachin and Akash might start quarreling again because of this situation. She angrily asks Juhi why she is meddling in family matters without consulting anyone. However, Juhi remains silent and doesn’t respond to Sayali’s accusations.

Later, Sachin receives good news. A businessman agrees to buy his old car for four lakh rupees. Sachin immediately decides to sell the car. He hopes to use the money to start his father’s treatment as soon as possible. Sachin speaks to his manager and asks him to arrange everything for the sale. He then prays to God, hoping for his father’s recovery. Sachin also searches for Sayali to share the news, but she is nowhere to be found.

A few moments later, Sachin arrives at the hospital. He tells his mother, Renuka, that he has arranged the money for Paresh’s treatment. Renuka is shocked to hear this and asks how he managed to gather so much money in such a short time. Sachin explains that he decided to sell his car to cover the treatment costs. This revelation shocks everyone in the room. Sayali, who overhears Sachin’s confession, feels deeply sorry for her husband. She understands the tough decision Sachin made for his father’s sake.

Renuka, however, is unwilling to let Sachin sell the car. She wants to help in a different way. She removes two of her gold bangles and hands them to Sachin. Renuka insists that Sachin should sell the bangles instead of the car to get the money for Paresh’s treatment. She is ready to sacrifice anything to save her husband’s life. Sayali watches the scene from a distance, feeling deeply upset, but she cannot bring herself to join the conversation or offer help.

The episode ends with emotions running high. Sachin, despite his mother’s efforts, remains determined to save his father. Renuka is equally desperate, and Sayali is left in a painful silence, feeling helpless about the whole situation.
