The episode begins with Renuka giving two gold bangles to Sachin. She asks him to sell them so they can arrange money for Paresh’s treatment. Paresh’s health is in a critical condition, and the family is doing everything they can to save him. Tejas and Roshni also offer to give their valuables to Sachin to help, but Sachin refuses. He tells them that he has already sold his car to get money and leaves to arrange more funds.

A short while later, Akash arrives at the hospital, wanting to see Paresh. However, no one from the family lets him inside the room. Sachin, furious at seeing Akash there, asks him to leave immediately. Akash pleads with his family, begging for a chance to visit Paresh. However, everyone is against him. They blame him for the pain and suffering Paresh is enduring. Sachin, filled with anger, almost raises his hand at Akash but is stopped by Tejas, who urges him to remain calm.

Akash feels completely helpless, as his family holds him responsible for Paresh’s condition. He even offers to contribute some money for Paresh’s treatment, but Sachin refuses to accept it. Sachin makes it clear that he doesn’t want Akash’s presence anywhere near Paresh. The entire Deshmukh family turns their back on Akash, and Renuka begs him to leave. Hurt by his family’s rejection, Akash finally leaves the hospital.

Standing at a distance, Sayali watches everything. She feels bad for Akash but is unsure how to intervene. Sayali has brought an auspicious thread for Paresh, but she doesn’t know how she will give it to him. Paresh’s condition worries her deeply. She sees Akash leaving in pain and feels sorry for the situation he is in.

Meanwhile, Sachin goes to buy medicines for Paresh. Renuka and Roshni head to a nearby temple to pray for Paresh’s recovery. At the temple, Renuka breaks down in tears. She realizes her mistakes and regrets the way she treated Paresh. She remembers how she misbehaved with him and failed to understand his pain. Roshni tries to comfort her, but Renuka is overwhelmed with guilt.

As Renuka pours her heart out, Sayali arrives at the temple and overhears the conversation. She listens quietly as Renuka blames her for Paresh’s ill health. Renuka believes that because of Sayali’s actions, Paresh’s condition worsened. She also worries that Sachin will never forgive Sayali, just like he hasn’t forgiven Akash. The tension between the family members continues to grow.

After a few hours, the operation is successfully completed. The doctor informs the family that Paresh’s life is no longer in danger, which brings relief to everyone. Despite the good news, Sayali is still unable to visit Paresh and give him the thread she brought. She remains outside, waiting for the right moment.

When Paresh is moved back to his room, Sachin and Tejas go inside to see him. Sayali watches from a distance, still unsure how to approach her family after everything that has happened.

The episode ends on a tense note, with unresolved issues between Akash, Sayali, and the rest of the Deshmukh family.

Precap: In the upcoming episode, Sachin will force Sayali to return to his home. However, Sayali is reluctant to go back since Sachin had previously thrown her out of the house. The conflict between the two is set to escalate further.
