The episode begins with Yuvika calling Sunil to learn how to access a hidden file. She tells him that her desktop is not working properly so that Sunil will assist her in retrieving the hidden file. Meanwhile, DJ and Gargi have a conversation about Shalini’s past. They suspect that the rivalry between the Mahajan and Talwar families might have a deeper cause. The reason everyone knows is not the true cause of the enmity. DJ believes that Shalini is hiding something and wanted revenge on the Mahajan family for a personal reason.
DJ then expresses his belief that Neel’s death was not an accident but a planned murder. He suspects that Neel was killed so his heart could be used for a transplant to save Yash Talwar’s life. Gargi finds it hard to believe DJ’s theory, but DJ is determined to uncover the truth. He promises his mother that he will find out the real reason behind Neel’s death. To confirm his suspicions, DJ even plans to kidnap Yash Talwar and get to the bottom of it.
In another scene, Amarjeet and Bhanu meet at a quiet, empty place. They remember their childhood days when they used to be close friends and spent most of their time together. Both feel nostalgic as they think about the good times when their lives were free from rivalry. They both hope that the enmity between their families can be resolved. However, Amarjeet is not hopeful that the issues will be solved. He reminds Bhanu that there is no way left for them to fix the problem. Bhanu tries to make peace by offering his hand to Amarjeet, but Amarjeet refuses. Instead, he confronts Bhanu, asking why he didn’t stand up when Prem abandoned Shalini. Bhanu gives an answer, but it doesn’t satisfy Amarjeet, who leaves the meeting abruptly.
Later, DJ finds out that Yash Talwar has been meeting Vidur at a café. Although DJ is not sure why they are meeting, he becomes more convinced that his conspiracy theory is correct.
When Yuvika is about to leave the house to meet Vidur, Bhoomi, her mother, stops her. Bhoomi notices Yuvika’s pale face and is worried about her health. Since Neel’s death, Yuvika has not been eating properly or taking her medicine. Bhoomi urges her daughter to take care of herself, but Yuvika remains consumed with thoughts about Neel’s murder. She keeps her true feelings hidden from her mother and declines Bhoomi’s suggestion to rest and restart her life.
Meanwhile, Isha struggles with her decision about Akshat. She is unsure whether to block his number or contact him. On the other hand, Akshat is also thinking about Isha. He decides to send her a voice message, but Isha does not respond.
Later, Yuvika becomes furious when she sees Yash Talwar with Vidur. DJ’s plan to kidnap Yash is set in motion, but just as it is about to happen, Yuvika arrives, which ruins DJ’s plan. The episode ends with this unexpected twist.
