The episode starts with Yuvika talking to Yash about a shocking discovery. She tells him that someone has illegally taken Neil’s heart, and it is connected to illegal organ trafficking. Yuvika is desperate to know who has Neil’s heart and why he was targeted. Hearing this, Yash feels guilty, but he keeps quiet. Yuvika asks him not to tell anyone about this, and Yash promises to keep it a secret.
In another scene, Isha and Akshat meet at a restaurant. They talk about Yash and Yuvika, noticing that both of them are acting strangely. Curious, they decide to figure out what’s going on with them.
Later, Yash goes to Kapadia’s office. He asks for the papers related to Kapadia’s heart transplant for insurance purposes. Kapadia mentions that he is running late for surgery and will send the papers to Amarjeet. Yash says he will wait for Kapadia to return. Once Kapadia leaves, Yash checks his laptop. He finds it suspicious that there are no details about the heart transplant in Kapadia’s files. This makes Yash wonder if what Yuvika said is true and if Amarjeet knows anything about it.
Meanwhile, DJ brings a Ganapati idol for the Puja and explains that it is a tradition they have been following since Shanti Prasad’s time. Bhanu, however, shows no interest in DJ’s efforts, saying that he does not believe in pretensions. DJ tries to act like a good person, but Bhanu is not impressed. He then tells Yuvika to pray to Ganapati Bappa to solve her problems, believing that Bappa will not deny her wishes.
In the evening, Kapadia returns to his office and feels relieved when he does not find Yash there. However, he soon realizes that someone has tampered with his laptop. He checks the CCTV footage and finds out that Yash was the one snooping around. Kapadia quickly calls Amarjeet to inform him about what happened. He warns Amarjeet to handle the situation quickly or Yash’s career could be at risk.
Yash then reaches out to his detective and asks him to investigate who is involved in organ trafficking at the city hospital. The next morning, the Mahajan family gathers at the temple for Ganapati Bappa’s Puja. While everyone is busy praying, Yuvika sneaks out quietly. DJ notices her sudden departure and wonders what could be so urgent.
Yuvika heads to the city hospital, disguised in an unusual outfit. She approaches a ward boy and tells him she needs a heart for her father immediately. The ward boy explains that she needs to register her father’s name on the waiting list, and only then can she get a heart when it’s available. He then leaves, but later comes back with a phone number and tells Yuvika to call it to get what she wants. Yuvika calls the number and is told to meet someone at a certain location.
Yash’s detective informs him that a man named Rajan Mudaliar is behind the illegal organ trafficking. Mudaliar has a network of goons and hospital staff who help him in this shady business. The detective explains how Mudaliar finds potential organ donors, kidnaps them, and forces them to give up their organs. Yash is devastated by this information, realizing that an innocent person had to lose their life so he could live.
As the episode nears its end, Yash rushes to Mudaliar’s warehouse. Meanwhile, Yuvika also makes her way to the location she was given.
