The episode begins with Amarjeet feeling the need to talk to Bhanu about Neil’s truth. He wants Bhanu to hear it from him before anyone else tells him, so Amarjeet sends Bhanu a text asking to meet. Bhanu agrees to meet him. Meanwhile, Yuvika arrives at the location she was given for the heart donation. Mudaliar’s men escort her inside. Soon after, Mudaliar arrives and asks Yuvika to sit down. He begins by asking her about the medical history of the patient in need of the organ. Yuvika assures him that she will send the details later but insists on knowing more about the donor.
Mudaliar tries to avoid her question by saying he will provide the organ since she needs it. But Yuvika pushes further, telling him that the donor’s details are basic information that he should share. At this point, Mudaliar turns the conversation, telling Yuvika that he also wants to know her true identity. Realizing the situation is suspicious, Yuvika changes her mind. She tells Mudaliar that she no longer wishes to go through with the deal and tries to leave. However, Mudaliar’s aide grabs her and stops her from leaving. The man removes her glasses and scarf, recognizing that it is Yuvika.
Yuvika demands to know what Mudaliar did to Neil and why. She threatens to file a police complaint against him. But Mudaliar, unfazed, threatens her life. He orders his aide to kill her so she cannot expose him. Yuvika finds herself in a dangerous situation.
At the same time, Yash arrives at the location. He hears Yuvika’s cries for help and rushes towards her. As he approaches, one of Mudaliar’s men reveals to Yuvika that they killed Neil, stole his heart, and discarded his body. Yuvika is furious and vows to send them all to jail. As the man prepares to attack her with a hacksaw, Yash arrives just in time. He stops the man from hurting Yuvika. Mudaliar, surprised to see Yash, wonders how he found them.
In the next scene, Mudaliar calls Amarjeet. He informs him that Yuvika has discovered the truth, and Yash is there to save her. Amarjeet warns Mudaliar not to mention Yash’s name again or face the consequences.
Meanwhile, Gargi brings prashad for Dj. She asks him when he plans to reveal the truth about Yash and Neil. Dj, however, seems more concerned about Yuvika. He notices that she has been acting strange lately and appears to be under a lot of stress. Just then, Dj receives a call from his informer. The informer tells him that Mudaliar is targeting Yuvika. Dj becomes worried.
Back at the location, Yash and Yuvika fight off Mudaliar’s men together. After the fight, Yuvika is overwhelmed with emotions. She breaks down, thinking about Neil and what happened to him. Yash consoles her and asks why she came to this dangerous place. Yuvika reveals that Neil’s death was no accident. Someone stole his heart deliberately. However, she admits that she still doesn’t know who is responsible for stealing Neil’s heart.
Later, Bhanu and Amarjeet meet at a restaurant. Amarjeet confesses the full truth to Bhanu. He explains that Yash had a weak heart since childhood and required a transplant a few months ago. Amarjeet goes on to reveal that he met Mudaliar one day, and it was through him that Yash’s heart transplant became successful. Amarjeet then breaks the devastating news to Bhanu: Yash has Neil’s heart.
The episode ends on this shocking revelation.
