The episode begins with Amarjeet revealing a shocking truth to Bhanu. He confesses that Yash has received Neil’s heart, leaving Bhanu stunned. Amarjeet explains that he was equally shocked when he found out. Meanwhile, Yuvika and Vidur are overwhelmed with grief as they miss Neil. Vidur tries to comfort Yuvika, telling her that everything happened according to God’s plan. However, Yuvika drops a bombshell by saying that Neil didn’t die in an accident; he was murdered.
Bhanu, filled with disbelief, questions Amarjeet. He asks how Amarjeet could be involved in Neil’s death just to save Yash. Amarjeet, distressed, insists that he had no idea this would happen to Neil. If he had known, he claims he would never have allowed it. Vidur, completely taken aback, turns to Yuvika and asks her what she means by saying Neil was murdered.
Bhanu then confronts Amarjeet about why he is revealing this secret now. Amarjeet explains that even after so many years, Bhanu is the only person he feels he can trust with this burden. Amarjeet came to him, wanting to confess everything honestly. Bhanu, however, is horrified and tells Amarjeet that his hands are stained with Neil’s blood. He says that such a truth cannot be hidden any longer. Yuvika, still in shock, explains to Vidur everything she has learned about Neil’s death. Vidur is so stunned that he slaps Yuvika, accusing her of lying.
Amarjeet tries to remind Bhanu of their past. He recalls how they once promised to protect each other. He brings up the day when Prem left Shalini, and Bhanu had reminded him of their promise. Amarjeet warns Bhanu that if he doesn’t listen to him today, the situation will escalate, leading to more bloodshed on both sides. Bhanu, distraught, says he never imagined Amarjeet would stoop to this level.
Bhanu, unable to bear the truth any longer, asks Amarjeet to leave for the sake of God. Amarjeet, however, insists that just as Bhanu once protected his family’s image, he must now protect his. Left alone, Bhanu sits in despair, recalling Guruji’s words. Bhoomi, who overhears Yuvika and Vidur’s conversation, is equally shocked. She confronts Yuvika, asking if what she heard is true. Bhoomi then breaks down in tears, demanding that Yuvika promise to not let the person responsible for Neil’s death go unpunished.
Later, Bhoomi enters Yuvika’s room, where Yuvika is sharing an emotional moment with Vidur. Bhoomi, still in disbelief, wants to know if Yuvika has truly discovered the truth. The family is devastated as they come to terms with the reality of Neil’s death. Bhoomi, who considered Neil as her own, pleads with Yuvika to ensure that the criminal is punished. Yuvika promises her mother that she won’t spare the person responsible for Neil’s murder.
Meanwhile, Yash searches for his uncle, Amarjeet, throughout the house. When Amarjeet finally steps out of the room, Yash confronts him. He demands to know why Amarjeet took Neil’s heart. The truth hits Yash hard as he realizes that Amarjeet had intentionally taken Neil’s life to save him. Amarjeet doesn’t deny it, knowing it’s impossible to lie to Yash anymore. Yash is even more devastated when he learns that his mother, Shalini, was also aware of this. He feels surrounded by criminals.
Shalini and Amarjeet try to justify their actions, saying they did it to save Yash’s life at any cost. But Yash refuses to listen to their excuses. He is overwhelmed with guilt and decides that he cannot keep this secret any longer. He tells them that he will reveal the truth to Yuvika and the rest of the family.
