Today’s episode begins with a tense confrontation between Yash and DJ. Yash tells DJ that he is there to meet Yuvika, not him. DJ, however, immediately questions Yash’s intentions. He asks if Yash is planning to confess to Yuvika about Neil’s heart. DJ warns Yash that if he dares to reveal this secret, the consequences will be severe. He threatens to expose everything, which could land Yash’s entire family in prison.
DJ makes it clear that he is ready to give the evidence to the media before the police even get involved. He wants to destroy everything Yash holds dear. In response, Yash angrily tells DJ to keep his family’s name out of his dirty mouth. DJ doesn’t stop there and reveals his real intention – he only wants to sit on the Mahajan family’s throne. DJ tells Yash that he is just a pawn in his game to gain power.
Yash, feeling cornered, tells DJ he needs time to think. He then walks inside the Mahajan house, with DJ following closely behind. DJ taunts him again, giving Yash two options – either protect his family by staying silent or risk losing them if he tells Yuvika the truth.
When Yuvika approaches Yash, she senses something is wrong. She asks him about it, but Yash avoids her and leaves without answering. Meanwhile, Shalini is panicking. She yells at Amarjeet, blaming him for not properly checking the details of Yash’s heart donor. Amarjeet defends himself, saying he was only focused on Yash’s well-being and had no idea about any of this.
Later, DJ calls Yash, asking if he’s made a decision. DJ instructs Yash to follow his orders and says that once Yash completes the task, DJ will destroy all the evidence. Yuvika, on the other hand, is growing desperate. She wonders if she should make a deal with Mudaliar to uncover the truth about Neil’s heart. She even offers to pay him in exchange for information. Mudaliar agrees to meet her, but secretly plans to kill her and take the money.
Isha overhears Yuvika’s conversation and confronts her. She is shocked and asks Yuvika why she would make such a deal. Yuvika explains that she just wants to know who stole Neil’s heart and is determined to find out the truth, no matter what it takes.
Meanwhile, DJ’s servant hands Yash a bag. Inside the Mahajan house, Yuvika approaches Bhanu and tells him about Neil. Bhanu reassures her, saying that no matter how much someone tries to hide the truth, it will eventually come out. Yuvika declares that she will punish the criminal responsible for Neil’s death and sets out to meet the organ peddler. Bhanu offers to go with her, but Yuvika insists on handling it alone.
Back with Yash, he opens the bag given to him by DJ’s servant and is shocked to find a gun inside. DJ then tells Yash that he must kill Yuvika with the gun. Yash is horrified and asks DJ if this is some kind of sick joke. DJ, sensing Yash’s hesitation, taunts him by asking if he’s fallen in love with Yuvika. Yash is torn, unsure of what to do. He has to choose between saving his family or protecting Yuvika.
As Yuvika leaves the house, Bhanu gives her a gun for protection. Yash follows her in his car. At the same time, Aksath calls Isha, who tells him that Neil was killed and his heart was stolen. Aksath is taken aback, as he was just about to inform her of the same thing.
Yuvika reaches the location where Mudaliar told her to meet him. She hears footsteps behind her and takes out her gun, thinking it’s Mudaliar. However, it’s Yash who shows up. They point their guns at each other. Yuvika accuses Yash of revealing his true nature to her. The episode ends on a shocking note, with Yash pulling the trigger and shooting Yuvika.
