The episode begins with Vasudha and Raghu hiding in the mansion after seeing Devansh arrive. Devansh asks Savitri to give him some food to taste, mentioning that he has to leave for a meeting. Savitri quickly gives him a dish, which was actually prepared by Vasudha. Devansh enjoys the food and praises its taste, requesting that it be served for his dinner as well.
As he compliments the dish, Sarika arrives and interrupts, saying that Devansh should not praise the servants because they are just that—servants. Devansh calmly requests Sarika to not speak so poorly of them, showing his respect for the household staff. He kisses Savitri’s hand in appreciation before leaving for his meeting.
Sarika, noticing the pleasant aroma of the food, orders Savitri to prepare some khichdi for her. Once Savitri leaves, Sarika sends the other servants away and decides to tamper with the meal. She tastes the food and deviously comments that Karishma won’t forget this meal. She then mixes a large amount of salt into all the dishes before quietly leaving. However, Vasudha and Raghu witness Sarika’s actions but choose not to reveal themselves.
A little while later, the servants serve the meal to everyone. Karishma, hearing great things about the Chauhan family’s food, eagerly gets ready to eat. However, Avinash tells her that in their tradition, they wait until Chandrika starts eating before anyone else does. Chandrika, on the other hand, insists that Karishma go ahead and try the food first.
When Karishma takes a bite, she immediately remarks that the food is salty, much to Sarika’s satisfaction. But before the situation worsens, Kavita intervenes, saying that no one should have to eat food like this. Just as Chandrika is about to ask Kavita to leave with Karishma, it’s revealed that all of this was just Sarika’s daydream.
Back in reality, Karishma actually praises the food, calling it delicious, much to Sarika’s shock. The episode then flashes back to when Vasudha warned Savitri about Sarika’s tampering. With this knowledge, Savitri had remade the meal without Sarika’s interference.
In the present, Chandrika reminds Karishma that guests are like gods and that they must be treated with the utmost respect. She compliments the meal and tells Savitri that the food today was exceptionally good. She then urges Sarika to try the khichdi. Sarika reluctantly eats it but immediately starts coughing.
Vasudha recalls how Raghu added extra salt to Sarika’s khichdi as payback for her earlier actions. Sarika tries to escape the scene, but Chandrika scolds her, forcing her to finish the salty khichdi. Sarika has no choice but to eat the ruined dish. Meanwhile, Savitri smiles and tells Vasudha that she has a magical touch when it comes to cooking.
Later, Chandrika takes Karishma to the kitchen and introduces her to Savitri. As they approach, Savitri instructs Vasudha to hide. Vasudha and Raghu quickly find a hiding spot. In the kitchen, Chandrika tells Karishma that she will have to manage the kitchen once she becomes part of the household.
However, Karishma thinks to herself that she will only give orders, not cook. Chandrika then introduces Karishma to Savitri. Karishma politely greets Savitri and asks her to cook just as well for her upcoming wedding. She even gifts Savitri a bracelet as a token of appreciation. Chandrika takes Karishma from the kitchen, and Karishma respectfully takes her elders’ blessings before leaving with her parents.
Meanwhile, Vasudha returns to the outhouse and tells Raghu that Hanumant will be furious if he finds out she entered the mansion. Savitri arrives and reassures Vasudha that everything is fine. She shows Vasudha the bracelet Karishma gave her and says it is a well-deserved gift. Vasudha, however, refuses to accept it, fearing it is too expensive and that she could get in trouble if anyone sees it. Savitri insists, telling Vasudha that the bracelet is like a blessing from her late mother.
At the same time, Karishma is scolded by Kavita for giving such an expensive bracelet to Savitri. Karishma defends her actions, saying it was a calculated investment to secure her position as the future head of the Chauhan household. Both women laugh at this.
Back in the outhouse, Vasudha places the bracelet in front of her mother’s photo. Suddenly, Hanumant arrives. In a panic, Vasudha blurts out that she entered the mansion to bring haldi for Raghu. Hanumant becomes enraged and slaps Vasudha, bringing the episode to an emotional close.
