Today’s episode of Yeh Hai Chahatein 6th September 2024, brings intense drama as secrets unfold, leaving everyone shocked. The episode begins with Arjun returning home, only to find it empty. Confused by Neelam’s absence, he wonders where she might be. Meanwhile, Pradyumna and Neelam are hiding from him. Arjun eventually leaves the house, but Pradyumna, watching him closely, realizes that Arjun won’t stay silent for long. He tells Neelam that it’s time to teach Arjun a lesson, as his patience with him is running thin.
Later, Pradyumna makes his way to Arjun’s house, where he encounters Nitya. She is surprised to see him and questions why he’s there. Pradyumna quickly makes up an excuse, explaining that he went to collect Kaashvi’s report from the hospital and saw Meera’s report by chance. He hands over Meera’s medical report to Nitya. However, in his mind, Pradyumna knows that this will lead to Nitya discovering a devastating truth soon—that Meera is not pregnant with Arjun’s child. This will inevitably create major problems for Arjun down the line.
Meanwhile, Arjun is with Kaashvi and notices her bending over to pick something up. Concerned, he reminds her that she shouldn’t be bending and immediately notices the swelling in her leg. Arjun lovingly massages Kaashvi’s leg, showing his care and concern. At this moment, Meera enters the room, intending to share good news with Arjun that Karun has won first prize in a project. However, upon seeing Arjun so close to Kaashvi, Meera is heartbroken. She silently watches them, tears streaming down her face, and thinks to herself that she must control her emotions before quietly leaving the room.
Over at the hospital, Nitya learns shocking information—Meera is more than three months pregnant. Confusion floods her mind as she realizes that Arjun and Meera only got married a month ago. Nitya is left confused, thinking about how this could happen. She begins to suspect that something is terribly wrong and that Arjun may not be telling her the truth. Determined to get to the bottom of this, she seeks out Vikram and demands answers. She demands that Vikram tell the truth about who Meera’s child’s real father is.
Vikram, though reluctant, admits that Meera is expecting Mohan’s child, not Arjun’s. Nitya becomes very angry and blames Vikram and Meera for tricking Arjun into the marriage, saying they are trying to destroy his life. Vikram tries to defend Meera, telling Nitya that Arjun genuinely loves Meera, and that is why he married her despite knowing the truth about the pregnancy. However, Nitya refuses to believe it. She tells Vikram that Arjun has always been in love with Kaashvi, not Meera, and there must be another reason why he agreed to marry her. Nitya declares that she will make sure Arjun throws Meera out of the house, determined to protect Arjun from what she believes is a calculated trap.
As Nitya leaves, Vikram is left worried. He knows that he cannot let Nitya’s plan succeed, as it will only cause more harm. He immediately calls Arjun and informs him of everything Nitya said. He warns Arjun that if Meera suffers, he will not hesitate to take action against Karun. Arjun, surprised by the turn of events, assures Vikram that nothing will happen to Meera. But as he hangs up the phone, he begins to wonder how Nitya found out the truth about Meera’s pregnancy in the first place. Clearly disturbed, he leaves to confront the situation.
Back at Kaashvi’s house, things take a surprising twist when she arrives home and sees Pradyumna with Neelam in his room. Furious, Kaashvi scolds Pradyumna for bringing Neelam into her home without permission. However, Neelam defends Pradyumna, reminding Kaashvi that Pradyumna is still her husband. Pradyumna steps in and tells Kaashvi that Arjun had raided Neelam’s house, which is why he brought her here for safety. He declares that Neelam will stay in his room, while Kaashvi should move to the guest room.
Meanwhile, Nitya confronts Arjun about the lies surrounding Meera’s pregnancy. She scolds him for deceiving her and demands the truth. Arjun, however, sticks to his lie and insists that he loves Meera. Nitya is skeptical and reminds Arjun of his true feelings for Kaashvi. But Arjun, refusing to admit his love for Kaashvi, continues to oppose Nitya’s demand to throw Meera out of the house.
The episode ends with Nitya plotting her next move. In the precap, she is seen attempting to harm Meera’s unborn child, while Kaashvi learns about Nitya’s dangerous intentions.
